Commercial carpet cleaning in Hong Kong
Where customers and guests walk, the carpet is part of how they judge you. We clean commercial carpet around your opening hours and your building's rules.
A guest in a hotel corridor or a diner stepping into a restaurant notices a tired carpet quickly, even if they couldn't tell you why the place felt less than clean. Commercial carpet has a harder life than carpet at home, and it needs a plan.
Who this is for
- Hotels and serviced apartments: corridors, lift lobbies, function rooms and guest rooms
- Retail: shop floors, fitting rooms and entrances
- Restaurants and bars: dining areas, where food and drink spills are a daily reality
- Clubhouses and residential common areas: lobbies, function rooms and corridors
- Schools, clinics and places of worship: spaces with their own hours and sensitivities
For workplaces, see our office carpet cleaning page.
Common commercial problems
Traffic lanes. Entrances, lift lobbies and corridors show wear first. Grit grinds into the fibres and greys them, even when the rest of the carpet is fine.
Spills and grease. Restaurants deal with oily soil, which attracts more dirt until it's properly removed.
Odours. Carpet can hold on to food, smoke and damp smells, which matter a lot in enclosed spaces.
Tight windows. You may have only a few hours overnight, and it all has to be dry and safe before you open.
How we approach it
Survey and plan. We'll look at traffic, fibre, soiling and what's realistic in your time window. Photos are often enough for a smaller job, but for a larger site, we may want to visit.
Choice of method. Hot water extraction gives the deepest clean, but it takes longer to dry. For spaces that need to reopen quickly, lower-moisture cleaning between deeper cleans can make more sense.
Safety. Wet carpets can be slippery where they meet hard floors, so we'll plan signage, sectioning and sequencing to keep people safe, and to keep your operation running.
Drying. Air movement and air-conditioning are planned as part of the work, not left as an afterthought.
Heavily soiled carpet
If a carpet has been neglected for a long time, a one-off deep clean can bring it back to a level where regular maintenance becomes effective. It's also worth checking specific stains individually.
What affects the price
Area, fibre, soiling, access, the time of day, and how often you want it done. Published commercial rates in Hong Kong tend to be low per square foot, but they often come with a minimum charge. Our cost guide explains how this works.
What to send us

Frequently asked questions
Can you work overnight or outside opening hours?
Tell us your hours and your building's rules, and we will discuss what's possible. Out-of-hours work may be priced differently.
Can you clean only the worst areas?
Yes, you can clean only high-traffic lanes or entrances, though a cleaned area may stand out against the rest. We can suggest a plan that balances cost and appearance.
Can we set up regular cleaning?
Yes, ask us about a plan that fits your traffic. Regular maintenance usually costs less over time, and keeps carpets looking better than leaving them to get very dirty.
Do you provide documents for our building management?
Tell us what your management office requires, such as a method statement or insurance details, and we will let you know what we can provide.
